So you’ve completed a quarter of the year already. Yes you better believe it, it’s autumn 2018 already! As April approaches at mystifying speed why not pause and reflect on the past quarter while  gearing-up for the next.       When preparing for a marathon, your focus should be on a combination of speed, strength, and endurance runs.

  You have sent us the most phenomenal pictures of the places you and your T have been running. It has been very difficult to choose one winner each week. The March 2018 winner will be selected in the first week of April from the weekly winners. The monthly prize for March is a fabulous hamper from Deep Heat.       After recently becoming the first 42.2km race on the continent to receive Gold Label recognition from the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), the annual road running festival joins various other top-flight races around the globe in forming a global unification tool.
