We present you with our 12-Week Training Plan, designed by our very own ambassador, adidas elite runner and Flat Rock Endurance coach, Toni McCann. These Training Plans will assist runners aiming to run a sub-3:30 marathon, all the way through to runners looking to complete the marathon within the cut-off.
